The Victorious Clann na nGael U14 football team visited our school recently. We were delighted to have them show the pupils their trophy collection after winning the league, West Cork and County Championships in 2019. Thanks to their mentors for bringing them in and a special well done to past pupils Eoin Hurley and Jack Connolly who were part of the panel. Like most elections, there were plenty promises; new soccer balls, astro turf school yard, new classroom tables to name but a few. Will they be able to keep these promises? The student body had their say with the voting process and learnt about 'proportional representation by the single transferable vote' voting system.
