Well done to both our girls and boys team who took part in the FAI Primary Schools blitz in Clonakilty Sports astro recently. Both teams finished second in their respective groups with some great team performances. Unfortunately it was only the first placed teams that progressed through to the next round, but both teams can hold their heads high and be very proud of what they achieved. Thanks to Mike Doolan and JJ Hurley from Drinagh Rangers who helped out with coaching wit teams.
For St Patricks weekend, all the children performed songs, dances and musical entertainment for each other to celebrate our unique Irish culture. All the children took part in the Siege of Ennis dance after. The school were delighted to support Dunmanway Comhaltas by having a non uniform day.
